Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relation of intermediate variables for oriental medical services with generl characteristics intermediate variavles of each disease symptom. oriental medical services by each disease symptom with general characteristics correlation of intermediate variables of oriental medical with general characteristics and the factors affecting oriental medical services
To arrive at the purpose of this study, I investigate 918persons in great city, small city and Up Myon. In investigation method, I used general characteristics (Age, Education Sex, Religion, Occupation, Area of residing, Type of house, Place of residience, Economic level, Monthly income, Marriage. Type of medical security), as independent variables, Effectiveness, Recognition, Accessibility and Capacity to Pay Medical Cost, as intermediate variables. As a dependent variable. I chose oriental medical services. As analysis methods. I used Frequency. Percentage. one-way Anova, Pearson¢¥ s Correlation Coefficient, Myltiple Regression Analysis and Path analysis.
The results are as follows.
First in the relation of intermediate variables by general characteristics. statistically significant variables are as follows. Effectiveness for oriental medical services in Age, Monthly Income, Marriage and Place of Residence is significant. Capacity to pay medical cost in Education and Occupation is significant And also Recognition in Occupation and place of Residence is significant.
Second, in the relation of intermediate variables by each symptom, Effeciveness, Recognition Accessibility and Capacity to pay Medical Cost in all symptoms are statistically significant.
Third in the correlation of oriental medical services and the factors affecting oriental medical services. Age Area of Residing, Place of Residience, Effeciveness, Recognition, Accessibility, Education and Occupation are statistically significant.
Forth, in the regression analysis of factors affecting oriental medical services occupation (0=4435), effectiveness (0 = 0379) and recougition (0=0.129) evplained them by 20.3
Accordingly, for the establishment and accomplishment of the effective control strategy for oriental medicine it is recommended that the further studies on these Kinds of behavior in seeking oriental medical services should be followed continuously.
